I'm responsible for mentoring designers in different countries and contexts. Also, to build the most appropriate processes in a product development environment. From the choice of product discovery methodology, research tools to the construction of deliverables. Systematizing these routines in large-scale multidisciplinary teams in light of strategic goals for startups and big corporations.
